Sales Account Manager / Dublin Our client is a data analytics, machine learning and AI training, mentoring, and consulting company. Seeking a Sales Account Manager to join a strong established team. THE ROLE The role requires a proactive individual who can manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales to meet our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting. Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the data analytics, technology, or consulting industry. Be passionate about technology and possess strong communication skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
