Job Purpose The role of Account Manageris important to us. The focus of this exciting and challenging role is to manage the fuel accounts for customers and maximise the usage on the cards which is essential for the continued success of our Fuel Solution Division. Youll report into Mark Lawless, Account Management Department Manager. Your responsibilities day to day will be Contact existing portfolio of accounts to maximise volume and gross margin Fully explain features and benefits and encourage customers to avail of a complete Fuel Management package Reduce number of non & low drawers customer within the customer base. Resolve customer queries Obtain referrals from current customers. Project work and campaigns as assigned by line manager What do we expect of you?
