  THE SALES ADMINISTRATOR ROLE This role will require strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in coordinating activities using SAP.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining effective coordination within the manufacturing process.
This role requires a high degree of internal liaison with departments to ensure stock availability, meeting delivery dates and working with our finance team to ensure compliance.
You will also be responsible for: End to end customer management, demonstrating initiative and ownership to yield the best possible results.
Processing leads and sales quotes, generating orders and accurate input into SAP.
Acting as the point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and concerns related to manufacturing products.
Supporting the internal sales team across Europe with technical support as needed.

You will also have: Solid and stable experience in a customer service / customer-centric role that involves a high level of initiative, problem solving and coordination.
