Sales Administrator We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Administrator to join our tribe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and passionate individual who wants to build a career with a progressive, innovative and growing company.
You will play a vital role in ensuring rigour with sales opportunity management for our Go To Market teams, associated processing of orders, and the setup and maintenance of billing for our valued customers. You will be customer focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, you will have a strong attention to detail, and a proclivity for sales and finance processes. You will know how to build strong internal relationships, have the ability to prioritise workload across differing sales order and billing types, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure sales orders conform to required compliance and finance standards. Role & Responsibilities: Be conversant with TitanHQ's CRM, sales opportunity management, and billing systems processes Be conversant with all aspects of active and renewable products and price lists Be conversant with TitanHQ's client facing terms and conditions Be conversant with TitanHQ's go to market strategy via varying client and partner types Support the processing of a high volume of sales orders accurately and promptly With a meticulous attention to detail, review sales orders from the sales and customer facing teams to ultimately approve or reject based on approval and compliance criteria (cross checking contracts, purchase orders, pricing and the likes) Maintain data quality and accuracy in CRM/billing systems Liaise with the Finance, Customer facing teams, and clients for queries as required Monitor and distribute client emails from various inboxes to the relevant internal teams for action Meticulous attention to detail ensuring billing is reflected and setup as per sales order variables for clients/partners Partake in user acceptance testing of systems and process optimisation Proactively suggest process and/or systems enhancements Provide training when required on systems and processes Ad hoc reporting Escalate any major blockers to sales order processing to management as required Expected skills A proclivity for and love of technology and processes Experience in a sales administration support role Proficient in Excel Numerate and results focused Personable with strong relationship building skills Strong problem solving and facilitative skills with a love of finding solutions Structured, self-motivated, organized with the ability to prioritize and work off your own initiative A team player with ability to work across multiple teams and hierarchies Presentation skills TitanHQ Benefits - What will you get in return?
