Our client, a leading food manufacturer is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Completing and submitting key sales related paperwork. Populating customer forecasts into guidance document when supplied by customers. Production of sales reports for the HOS & sales team when requested. Responsible for monitoring and updating indicative prices for all key accounts on the pricing database. Working closely with all areas of the business and to proactively make suggestions to develop best in class reporting internally and externally with accurate information. Processing new account forms and amendments to customer details. PSIR generation and credit check management for all new customers. Assist in the organisation and planning of key promotional events. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Head of Sales or sales team in ensuring that all administrative activity is captured accurately and in full. Setting up board room for customer visits when requested. Skills / Qualifications/ Experience: Experience of working in a sales office, preferably in an FMCG or B2B company with up to two years experience. Self-Motivated with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of the sales team. Confident, articulate with a keen focus on customer service. Highly organised and flexible. Excellent attention to detail, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Computer literate with strong skills in MS Excel. Quick at learning new systems and making proactive suggestions to improve systems to streamline working/reporting.
