Sales Administrator - Temporary, 6 Months

My client, an electrical company based in a business park in Dublin 22 are seeking a temporary Sales Administrator to join their sales team.
The chosen candidate must have experience sales administration experience and ideally have used SAP in a previous role.
Temporary role – 6 months + €18.00 per hour Hybrid – 1 day a week from home SAP experience required Duties & Responsibilities Process orders in SAP in coordination with other teamsOrganise and monitor deliveriesChecking stock availability in UK and EuropeSupporting external sales teamDealing with payments from customers and issuing invoicesResolving customer queries and disputes, updating customers throughoutBe cost effective in all contracts/purchasing and proactively look to reduce costs through efficiency and automationSkills & Attributes Previous use of SAP or similar programme is essentialExcellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and writtenMS Office skills, particularly ExcelThe ability to manage your time effectively, be self-driven and ensure targets are metHave an eye for detail and be adaptable
