Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for Parts Advisors to join your client, a leading motor parts & accessories company based just outside Cork City.
As a Sales Advisor you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation however your focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.
Duties: Selecting parts through a number of catalog databases (training provided) Assist customers in finding the correct parts for their vehicles Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to retail and trade customers.
Stock duties involve confirming receipt of invoiced products, labeling and shelving them.
General housekeeping.
Other tasks are making Number Plates, Mixing paint colours to formulation Fitting of products including Number Plates, Wiper Blades, Batteries, Bulbs, Roof Racks & Roof Boxes, Bicycle and Kayak Carriers.
Essential requirements: Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships Basic knowledge of automotive parts Track record of delivering great customer service and being customer focused Excellent attention to detail Ability to work within a team Ability to multitask and work within fast paced environments Commitment to learn, develop and progress Desirable requirements: Previous experience working in a motor factor, dealership parts department, trade counter or call centre where repeat business is a key objective Experience with using online and windows based cataloguing systems In return they will offer you: Competitive salary (34-36k DOE) Structured career paths and bespoke training we like to promote from within!
