Job Title: Sales and Advisory Team Lead, Level 3, Midleton

In conjunction with the Branch Manager and Leadership team, this role will lead and coach the Sales & Advisory Team on all aspects of the Service Quality & Digital Enablement Agenda and to deliver Homes, SME, CFP, NPS etc targets with a strong focus on team, personal development and education, whilst ensuring the highest quality customer and operational experience that clearly differentiates AIB from its competitors. You will be expected to play an active part in the Cork Region.
Key accountabilities: Champion a Customer First approach to support our purpose, ambition and our values by ensuring processes and procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers. Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.Lead and coach a Branch Sales and Advisory team to achieve income and sales objectives, with particular emphasis on key Mortgage, SME, Personal, Deposits and Wealth segments of the business. Focus on building awareness of our Digital capability enabling customers to self-serve, whilst also maximizing our own internal enablers to create greater capacity for Customer Advisory & Support.Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to meet shared objectives, and build relationships with external influencers locally, be present in the community.Operating effectively even when things are uncertain, or the way forward is not clear. Lead a culture of open communication and staff engagement. Support the coaching & development of others through the Aspire programme & taking action to guide team members to broaden their skillset and perspective.Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments. Act with a clear sense of ownership and communicate with clarity and conviction. Take personal responsibility for decisions, actions and failures, ensuring you own the outcome.
