We are currently seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Advisor to join out Pitman team within ICE Group. As an advisor you will play a vital role in driving sales by offering courses and representation to customers seeking to learn for personal or professional development. This position requires a blend of sales and customer service skills with strong communication and IT Skills.
This is a part time role with flexibility to suit your lifestyle!
Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Promote and sell Pitman Training courses to meet and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and within the team. Meet potential clients/students to showcase Pitman Training services. Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to boost course enrolments. Utilize social media and online resources to attract quality candidates. Student Guidance: Advise students on course selection to help with their professional and personal growth. Foster a supportive learning environment to boost engagement and progression. Administration: Maintain accurate records of course bookings, payments, and student information. Follow finance procedures for organized recording of sales and payments. Qualifications: Business qualification or equivalent experience. Experience in Sales or Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
