2 x Marketing Administrators - Experienced + Graduates required Our client is a leading worldwide marketing services company working closely with Marketing Departments in Financial Services, Food, Drinks and IT multinationals.
This role involves managing the order process, maintaining customer communications, and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
The Marketing & Sales Administrator will handle quoting, order tracking, and the development of strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Success in this role requires multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
There will be two roles to fill; the first role is open to an experienced administrator with at least 2 - 3 years administrative experience.
The second position will appeal to a recent marketing or business graduate with 6 - 12 months professional office experience.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee customer communications and build rapport Process and track customer orders accurately Work with the Account Management team to understand customer needs Engage in virtual meetings with customers as needed Respond to customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams as necessary Prepare and issue customer quotations and proposals Maintain accurate records within the ERP system Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise Coordinate with Account Management teams to ensure on-time delivery Requirements: Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Proactive and self-motivated with strong organisational skills Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle tasks accurately Remuneration: The salary range is €28k - €40k and is dependent upon experience levels and the role applied for.
There is a team based annual bonus, flexible work arrangements etc.
