Sales And Marketing Manager At Axis Ballymun

Based in Ballymun, axis is a multi-disciplinary arts centre and a resource for the community and its city. Axis identifies artistic excellence in, and provides opportunity for, artistic experience of an international standard in Ballymun at the heart of the Northside of Dublin. In tandem, it is both a community hub and a resource for the community and the city.
The centre is home to an amazing array of facilities including a 208 seat theatre, a dance studio, a gallery, artist studio, music recording and rehearsal facilities, a café, a crèche, and a conference centre. To increase the visibility and usage of what the centre offers, axis is seeking to appoint a Sales and Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing and sales plans to attract diverse audiences, and secure bookings for events, conferences, and studio spaces.
Initially on a 12 month contract, the role reports to the Director and will join a team of dedicated and passionate staff and work with a network of artistic and community stakeholders engaged with axis. The ideal candidate will have a natural capacity to build relationships and create strategies to engage potential audiences with the variety of spaces on offer.
