Key Responsibilities Sales Develop and execute membership sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective members, corporate clients, and local businesses.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Marketing Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote the Trib3 brand and services.
Oversee social media content creation and community engagement, ensuring alignment with the brands tone and voice.
Collaborate with the HQ team to localize global marketing campaigns for the Irish market.
Manage paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing to drive traffic and leads.
Organize and execute local events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of the Irish market and consumer behaviour trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
