Our client, a high-profile employer in the property services & construction sector, is undergoing significant expansion across Ireland. As a result, they have engaged exclusively with us in Cpl to recruit a talented, energetic & ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team in Limerick.
The Job:
As a key part of the operations management group, the successful candidate will cover sales, marketing & commercial management duties for projects across Ireland. Responsibilities will include designing & delivering marketing strategies, leading targeted marketing campaigns, utilising social & digital media tools, analysing sales KPIs, preparing pricing documents, analysing competitor offerings & sales activities, and supporting the leadership team with their strategic duties.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
3rd level degree qualified in Business Studies, Marketing or a related discipline.4+ years' relevant experience ideally gained in a dual-focused Sales & Marketing role.Experience gained in property services, real estate or related sectors would be a major advantage.Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal & presentation skills.Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects.The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to be approx. 50-60k with additional benefits. This role will be fully in-office 5 days per week in Limerick city, so candidates must be based in the region or willing to relocate here.
