Our Sales Assistants always put our customers first by greeting and assisting them, providing the best in town service to our customers with a smile and helping to maintain excellent store standards. At the core of our stores, you will make our store environment welcoming and deliver our customers the best service and experience.
This role comes with the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).
As a Sales Assistant you will:Ensure excellent customer service is provided in every interaction with a customer ensuring you are friendly, welcoming and helpfulRespond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction at all timesProcess till transactions securely, quickly and accuratelyDeliver effective product availability, replenish stock as directedWork as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environmentLive the company values focusing on taking individual responsibility working towards team deliveryDeliver accurate cash handling and till operational proceduresDeliver store changes/promotions in a timely and precise way.You will need to be flexible in the hours you can work. We may require you to work shifts.
