Sales & Business Development Executive Our client, a successful IT Network Support company based in Plassey, Limerick, are seeking a self-driven and initiative-taking Sales & Business Development Executive, with exceptional sales and administration skills, to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in a busy sales support and administrative role. The successful candidate will be working alongside the sales and administrative team and providing additional support to all departments and management.

Responsibilities to include: Day-to-day administration of sales opportunities, from qualification to close out via the company sales process within CRM.You will be the central point of contact to inbound sales support and quotation management.Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.Answer all inbound sales queries.Consult daily with new and existing customers, actively telephone customers to pursue quotes, make appointments and to establish and develop relationships.Utilise, improve, and manage existing sales opportunities via CRM system.Responsible for the timely quotation and control of all renewals and work to automate recurring processes.Collaborating with other team members to ensure all specifications and requirements are achievable.Assist in managing the lead pipeline, helping to qualify leads through research, and providing pre-sales intelligence for follow-up.Learn the company portfolio of products and services and understand business model and target market, and master the pricing structures.Understand the value proposition compared to competitors - where and how the company differentiate.Understand the companies market position for targeting new business.Communication with customers and suppliers, written and verbal.Assisting with purchase orders and the company billing process linked to sales support.Ability to learn all existing in-house systems.Ownership of personal diary via the CRM system.Co-ordinate, update and maintain customer records via company system.Work alongside the management team to deliver all projects in line with the organisational strategy.Skills & Experience that we need: Experience selling IT/Software solutions to customers.Business Degree or significant years of sales/administrative experience.Proven history in sales and administration.Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a busy office environment.Excellent telephone manner and is a confident communicator.Proficient in ability to use CRM packages and other equivalent administrative applications.Excellent planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.Ambitious, energetic, and motivated individual who can remain calm under pressure.Possess the ability to work with multiple departments and the ability to work independently and using own initiative.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Be trustworthy and conduct the role with integrity; confidentiality is paramount.The Offer: This is a permanent position with salary expected to be in the €30K - €35K range, depending on the candidate's experience, with some scope for higher for an exceptional candidate, with benefits package.
This role is based on site, in Plassey, Limerick, and hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
