Lead Nurturing: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, building strong relationships with prospective customers and guiding them through the decision-making process.
Sales & Upselling: Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our range of solar systems, gaining their commitment to a sale while identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or services.
Design & Quoting: Utilise our software tools to design customised solar solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer, providing accurate and competitive quotes.
Customer Coordination: Organise and coordinate customer visits to ensure all necessary information and requirements for installation are gathered and communicated effectively.
Business Development: Contribute to the growth of Mitros Solar by identifying new sales channels, participating in marketing activities, and developing innovative ways to generate leads and close deals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software, providing regular updates to management.
Compensation & Benefits ? Salary : €40,000 - €50,000 per year Commission : Attractive commission structure after achieving basic sales targets.

The Profile Qualifications ? Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems and the benefits they offer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and compelling way.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and design tools used for quoting solar systems.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
