The Offer Offshoring IT Services for Cost Optimization The Job Primary Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Identify and target potential clients in need of IT services, particularly those looking to optimize costs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement teams.
Consultative Selling: Understand the client's current IT setup, challenges, and cost structures.
Provide tailored offshoring solutions that align with the client's business goals, ensuring they understand the benefits of cost reduction through offshore services.
Create compelling proposals, presentations, and case studies that demonstrate the value and ROI of offshoring.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for offshoring IT services.
Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on cost optimization through offshore solutions.
Stay updated on the latest developments in IT services, offshoring trends, and cost management strategies.
Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Work closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure the seamless execution of services promised to the client.
Act as a liaison between the client and the offshore team to address any concerns or changes in project scope.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms with clients, focusing on cost-effective solutions that meet both client needs and company profitability goals.
Manage the contract process, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the performance of offshore teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports to clients on cost savings, project progress, and overall performance.
Gather feedback and make recommendations for continuous improvement in service delivery and cost optimization.
Client Education and Advocacy: Educate clients on the benefits and potential risks of offshoring IT services.
Advocate for the adoption of best practices in offshoring to ensure long-term success and sustainability of cost optimization strategies.
Performance Metrics: Revenue generated from offshore deals.
Client retention and satisfaction rates.
Percentage of cost savings achieved for clients.
Number of new clients acquired.
Efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery by offshore teams.
This role is non-permanent commission based but crucial in helping Bhiiva Solution leverage global resources to achieve their IT objectives while optimizing costs, making it a highly strategic position within the sales function of an IT services company.
The Profile Key Skills and Qualifications: Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, particularly in IT services, with a strong understanding of offshoring models.
IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT services, including software development, infrastructure management, and support services.
Cost Optimization: Ability to analyze and propose solutions that focus on reducing operational costs through offshoring.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the client and the service provider.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs, market conditions, and the financial impact of proposed solutions.
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural differences in offshore locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Project Management: Basic project management skills to oversee the execution of offshore projects and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Networking: Ability to build a network of industry contacts and leverage relationships for business growth.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
