We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and The Ardilaun Hotel.
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, focusing on corporate and events.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting and event inquiries, providing comprehensive information on the hotel's facilities and services.
Ensure prompt responses to inquiries, actively follow up on leads, and work to maximize show-arounds, ultimately driving bookings and revenue.
Oversee the administrative aspects of meetings and events, ensuring accurate data input into Hotsoft and Tablepath systems and optimizing their use.
Maintain regular updates of information and communicate effectively with relevant departments through weekly function sheets, personalized menus, and other essential documentation.
Foster strong communication channels across all hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of bookings in line with agreed terms and conditions.
Support bedroom reservations and ensure efficient handling of booking deposits, confirmation emails, contracts, accurate billing setup, and bedroom block bookings.
Manage third-party corporate systems such as Meetings Booker, ensuring prompt responses to new inquiries and maintaining up-to-date information.
Schedule and conduct hotel show-arounds, ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standard.
