Overview
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to produce sales and create lasting relationships with store managers. The role comes with a competitive salary, access to a company vehicle, and lots of other benefits. The right candidate will be experienced in merchandising and be able to develop a sales approach to the role.
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are: To adhere to journey plans given by line managerMerchandise required products on to shelves and ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on planogram compliance, maximizing promotional space and negotiating with Store ManagerRecord merchandising activity completed, audit our brands and competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely mannerMaintain and grow planogram space where possibleEnsure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the productMerchandise all promotional displays and ensure correct pricing is in placeCapture before and after photographs on a hand-held deviceLiaise with store manager prior to leaving to ensure they are happy with work completedLiaise with NSM before and after each callDeliver field insights to the National sales managerBuild strong relationships with all parties to work together as a teamTo generate new ideas and ways of workingTo support all product launches and promotions and develop presence in-storeTo maintain all CPM standards and policiesTo consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customersTo ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasksTo undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line managerRequired Experience & Competencies: Full driving licence is essentialMerchandising background is desirable but not requiredComputer Literate – ability to send photos via email and fill in and send reports/audits as requiredAbility to undertake physical activity as this role will involve lifting and moving some heavy productsPERSON SPECIFICATIONS EssentialExcellent Interpersonal & Communication SkillsExcellent Organisational SkillsExcellent Time KeepingCompensation & Benefits: Salary €30,000Company VehicleFuel CardLunch AllowanceCompanywide recognition awards + regular Company events and activitiesDiscounted Health InsuranceAccess to company pension providerIVF Support PolicyEnhanced Maternity & Paternity PayReward & Recognition through our People Awards SchemeFast career development and progression opportunities for performers from 6 monthsEmployee Assistance ProgramActive Diversity and Inclusion teams across the businessRegular Company social events and activitiesBike to Work SchemeTaxSaver Scheme – discounted travel ticketsEmployee Referral Payment SchemeStructured Personal development Plan
