Notion is an in-person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
About The Role:We're looking for a motivated early career sales professional with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our founding EMEA Sales Development team! As an early member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it!
What You'll Achieve:Handle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in buying NotionExperiment with outbound activity to decision makers with customized messaging and channels to generate Enterprise opportunitiesOrganize and take thorough notes on prospectsQualify those prospects to determine whether or not they're a good fit for NotionProspect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can increase their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity with NotionReach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on our product/serviceHold meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goalsHelp build playbooks and define our sales motionHold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approachesLearn about our product inside and out and be able to give demos customized to the needs of different personasCollaborate and influence performance initiatives, product launches, and service innovation when working with cross-functional partnersSkills You'll Need to Bring:You have 1 year of experience in sales or sales development in SaaS tech or a high growth environmentBusiness fluency in both English and FrenchExperience making cold calls to decision makersA track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotasEngaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customerNice to Haves:A builder's mentality who thrives in collaborative environments; Comfort with ambiguity and solutions-oriented mindsetA growth mindset, positive attitude, and ability to view challenges as learning opportunities, not failuresOur customers come from all walks of life and so do we.
