As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and connect with new clients in need of our specialized IT services.Job Summary:The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for reaching out to new clients through direct calls and identifying companies that may benefit from our IT staff augmentation services.
This role is critical in generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential clients, and initiating the sales process by scheduling meetings for our Account Managers or Senior Sales Executives.The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled in cold calling, and knowledgeable about the IT staffing landscape.
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our services, understanding their needs, and setting up the foundation for a successful partnership.Key Responsibilities:Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce DYNE and our IT staff augmentation services.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects who may require additional IT resources for project-based needs, focusing on companies across various industries with IT staffing requirements.Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish trust with key decision-makers, understanding their staffing needs and positioning our services as a solution.Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their current and future IT staffing needs, helping them recognize the value of partnering with DYNE.Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and coordinate with Account Managers or Senior Sales Executives for further discussions, providing them with insights on client needs and potential opportunities.Follow-up Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, nurturing relationships to keep DYNE top-of-mind for future staffing needs.Pipeline Tracking: Update CRM software regularly to document outreach activities, lead status, and progress towards meeting monthly and quarterly targets.Market Feedback: Collect and report client feedback on service offerings, pricing, and market trends, helping improve our approach and align services with client needs.Qualifications:Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or telemarketing, ideally in IT services, staffing, or a related field.Knowledge: Familiarity with IT staffing and the IT project landscape; understanding of terms like staff augmentation, project-based staffing, and IT resource management is a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients over the phone and in writing.CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking and managing sales activities.Sales Acumen: Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and initiating client relationships.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, adapt communication styles to client needs, and demonstrate patience and persistence.Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and commission opportunitiesProfessional development and trainingHealth, dental, and vision benefitsFlexible work environment [Adjust as per DYNE's policies]To Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your experience in sales, especially in IT services or staffing, and why you believe you would be a great fit for this role.DYNE is an equal opportunity employer.
