Position: Sales Development Representative Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland Work model: remote, but needs to live in Dublin Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain & improve on brand perception when called upon to do so in both private & professional capacity Interact with client social media presence as often as required, including reshares & post likes Do your best to improve on your colleague's reputation in the industry Report any helpful or harmful knowledge relating to client directly to management as quickly as possible Always dress appropriately for impromptu client meetings Take ownership & accountability for tasks, roles & responsibilities assigned to you Support and assist the team with workflow, productivity & deadlines Identify and qualify sales leads.
Create and deliver effective sales presentations.
Negotiate and close sales together with the broader client team.
Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Actively contribute to the company's sales goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other team members & team leads to share best practices and strategies.
Continuously learn and develop your sales skills and knowledge.
Research and analyze customer needs and market trends.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
Manage and track sales opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales performance.
Provide feedback and support to other sales team members.
Attend industry events and workshops.
