Responsibilities: Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leadsAchieving monthly quota of qualified opportunitiesEngaging with customers via telephone and email to analyse their needsProfiling the account and overcoming prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account ExecutivesCollaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversionConducting business dealings in a professional, proactive mannerBecoming a trusted resource for internal and external contactsMulti-channel follow-up to help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunitiesMaintaining active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's (or Masters) Degree, graduated in 2023 or 2024Fluency in Estonian/ Lithuanian / LatvianFluency in Russian is an advantage1-2 years business experience (software sales a plus)Team player with the ability to work in a high energy sales environmentExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenHighly motivated and ambitiousStrong desire to work in sales What's in it for you?
