We are looking for a Candidate(s) for the position of Commercial Director at MALKOWSKI-MARTECH, a manufacturer of fire gates and curtains.
Responsibilities: Co-creation and implementation of the adopted product sales policyEnsuring business continuity for existing customers, acquiring new ones based on the designated strategy and market analysisBuilding long-term business relationships with contractors at all business levels (technicians, managers, directors and management)Analyze market trends for given segments and groupsUsing your knowledge of customer needs and solutions to identify out-of-the-box solutions that are effective for customersMonitoring and improving the team's performanceExecute sales plans together with the teamAnalyzing commercial contractsOverseeing the progress of commercial activities in signed contracts, supervising their budgeting, meeting contractual deadlinesParticipate in the development and management of pricing policyIntroduce new products to the market - setting the appropriate policy in this regard and supervising its implementationLaunching new products - setting appropriate policies in this regard and supervising their implementationParticipation in the creation of the annual budget and sub-budgets for individual regions, supervision of their implementation, monitoring deviations and implementing corrective actions if necessaryTaking care of own self-development, updating product knowledge, as well as taking care of the development of subordinate employeesOur requirements: Experience and knowledge of the construction marketExperience with business customersExperience in managing a sales department for at least 2 yearsBusiness or technical flairKnowledge of sales techniquesEase in establishing business contacts and awareness of building relationships with senior management on the client side as wellProactive attitude, ability to prioritize and attitude to look for customized solutionsGood command of English to enable oral and written communicationUniversity degree in economics or technologyVery good analytical and interpersonal skillsCat B driving licenseWe offer: Employment based on an employment contract in a dynamically developing organizationBasic salary and bonuses depending on the achievement of sales budget assumptionsWork tools - phone and computer, company carMedical insurance in MedicoverMultisport cardParticipation in group life insuranceAccess to English language learning platformDevelopment based on training
