Meta's Small Business Group is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to manage EMEA regional sales enablement activations in support of all SBG EMEA frontline sellers.
The Small Business Group (SBG) contributes directly to Meta's mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce, and many other tools.

You will have responsibility for key sales delivery functions across all EMEA markets and programs including Go-To-Market coordination, frontline agent communications, customer perspective, and sales innovation.
You will have a proven track record of driving success in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment, and will be adept at leading through influence and driving clarity in ambiguous situations and experience enabling diverse, international frontline sellers.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop consistent strategies and functions essential to successful delivery across SBG's sales programs and regional sales goals.Execute and lead globally aligned strategy in-region while partnering with Central teams to incorporate prioritized regional needs and insights.Equip Sales teams with knowledge, training, and activation resources to enable them to be as effective as possible.Coordinate overarching regional strategy for key Sales Enablement functions e.g.
Seasonality, Product Activation, Tooling strategy.Proactively share innovation and growth opportunities in relation to product, process, sales, and efficiency levers.Minimum QualificationsApprox.
6+ years of relevant experience in either sales, sales enablement, strategy, or outsourced sales - ideally in the tech industry.Project management experience with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of the advertising marketplace and ad products.Open, collaborative, ability nurturing trusting relationships with experience in initiating and driving projects to completion.Proven communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels - skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions.Experience dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems.Analytical and process management skills, with attention to detail and rigor, can-do approach, and desire to learn.Preferred QualificationsBackground in sales and/or sales enablement.Experience in design, management, roll-out Sales activation programs and resources.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
