The Wright Group's Sales Team is growing, and we are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive who prides themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative experiences for our guests.
This is a full-time role in a fast paced and exciting environment.
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximising business opportunities for The Wright Group.
Your role involves implementing and executing all sales action plans and will include the following key duties and responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities : Work with the sales and marketing team Plan, schedule and organise sales opportunities Identify new markets & business opportunities to increase sales to include, weddings and corporates Represent the group at various events when needed Client show arounds Prepare and deliver sales presentations Build & Strengthen relationships with existing and new customer.
Handle all incoming large sales enquiries generated by proactive or reactive sales Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets Maximise up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and that complement the booking Ensure that sales policies and SOPs are adhered to at all times Have success with set KPI's Education, Qualification & Experience Requirements : Previous experience in a similar role, with a minimum of two years' experience, ideally within the hospitality industry Experienced in dealing with the social and corporate North Dublin market, ideally in hospitality Must have proven experience in lead generation and or creating successful sales pipelines Target focused and enjoys a challenging & fun work environment Fluent written and spoken English Good communicator who enjoys meeting with new people and embracing new opportunities Creative thinker who is a problem solver Positive, energetic with a good sense of humour too!
Needs to be a self-motivator, organized, and can work independently but with clear direction Knowledge of Collins booking system would be a bonus (training available if required) Own transport is necessary as traveling will be required for this role Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate will have a customer and service-oriented attitude, backed up by a proactive approach and a strong drive for results.
