This role is ideal for someone keen to focus on proactive sales.
While experience in hotels and hospitality might be an advantage, we are keen to spread the net wide.

Purpose: This role will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities in the corporate and group segments of the Fitzwilliam hotel, Dublin.
The focus will be on proactive sales & lead generation to support hotel accommodation meeting and events.
Key Responsibilities: Identify & qualify new leads and opportunities for the hotel and associated businesses  Undertake weekly proactive sales calls/activities with clients to deliver on agreed KPIs  Promote and generate new business for transient corporate, group, meetings & events segments  Represent the hotel at networking events   Manage and cohost client events in conjunction with sales team   Database management with focus on growing & segmenting contacts for better communication   Quarterly competitor analysis updates and reviews  Maintain the highest level of communication internally and externally in line with the five-star Fitzwilliam hotel brand The ideal person: Experienced in dealing with corporate market locally and/or internationally, ideally in hospitality or the luxury experience/service sector Must have experience in lead generation and or creating successful sales pipelines Target focussed and enjoys a challenging & fun, never boring work dynamic Fluent written and spoken English Good communicator who enjoys meeting with new people and embracing new opportunities Creative thinker who is a problem solver Positive, energetic with a good sense of humour too!
