Main Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring all customer expectations are met or surpassed.
Maximize profitability on sales by promoting finance and insurance products.
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and proactively highlight suitable vehicle features and benefits.
Accurately and promptly process all necessary paperwork.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the motor industry.
Requirements: Hold a full, clean Irish driving licence.
Be a resident of Ireland at the time of application.
Reside within 40 minutes or less of Waterford.
Possess good computer skills.
