As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team.
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving market expansion for myPOS in Ireland by managing a direct sales team, recruiting and training sales representatives, and organizing outbound campaigns to build a strong sales pipeline.
What you'll do: Developing the myPOS market and brand in IrelandBuild a culture of high performance, quality and professionalism within Direct Sales TeamOwnership and delivery of sales targets in line with company objectivesManage, recruit and train team of Direct Sales RepresentativesDesign, develop and implement structures and processes required for successful management of a new sales operationDevelop and coordinate strategy for outbound sales campaigns on a monthly basisMonitor, analyse and improve sales metrics and KPI's to drive exceptional performanceEnsuring the designated team complies with the group standards for CRM usageManaging stock levels of all products and communicating deliveries with respective teamsTaking the initiative to lead the way with a proactive approach and identify market niches which offer growth opportunitiesIdentify and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars in relevant target verticalsImplement best practice in Sales Operations, ensuring operational excellence and sales to approval ratesProviding Information regarding sales objectives and business resultsReporting to the Country Manager on a weekly basisWhat you bring: At least 1-2 years of previous working experience in leading sales teams & processes in IrelandAt least 5 years of previous professional experience in direct sales and B2B salesConsistency and negotiation skillsVery strong commercial, communicative, and relational skillsResult-oriented mindset – ability to focus on meeting targets and providing the best experience for customersPrevious experience with Hub Spot CRM will be considered as an advantageExperience with automated systems and office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and WordWhy you should join myPOS: Vibrant international team operating in a hi-tech environmentAnnual salary reviews, promotions and performance bonusesmyPOS Academy for upskilling and trainingRefer a-friend bonus as we know that working with friends is funIndividual training and development budgetTeambuilding, social activities and networks on a multi-national levelWhat we offer: Competitive remuneration based on performance and achievementsGenerous commission structureCar AllowanceGenerous non-contributory occupational pension of 9% of your annual salaryPrivate health and dental insuranceLife and income protection insurance28 days of annual leaveAbout us: Founded in 2014, the myPOS platform gives micro businesses and SMEs everything they need to accept payments and manage various aspects of their business, including selling remotely, accelerating cash flow and enabling e-commerce.
