Job Description
Join our team and you'll be responsible for managing 12-15 Account Managers
Working in the sales department, you will report to the Sales Director.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
Deliver on or exceed monthly sales revenue and profit targets in line with budget
Manage revenue and KPI targets for the sales team in line with company expectation
Pipeline management through effective use of CRM by entire team
Drive structured & consistent mentorship to team
Implement and improve motivation techniques for sales team
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years sales Management experience. (team size 15+)
Detail orientated, ability to adhere to processes and procedures
Proven successful sales record. Ability to demonstrate, metrics & performance
Ability to manage, lead and inspire people and build a mutual trust within a team
Excellent communication & relationship management skills
