Sales Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned proactive Sales Manager looking for a new challenge. This role is responsible for selling a variety of key Dublin properties (hotels and restaurants) including classic favourites as well as fashionable newcomers, focusing on corporate and group sales. Hybrid basis available upon completion of probationary period.
Key role responsibilities:
Identify & qualify new leads and opportunities for the hotel and associated businessesUndertake weekly proactive sales calls/activities with clients to deliver on agreed KPIsPromote and generate new business for transient corporate, group, meetings & events segmentsRepresent the hotel at networking eventsManage and cohost client events in conjunction with sales teamDatabase management with focus on growing & segmenting contacts for better communicationQuarterly competitor analysis updates and reviewsMaintain the highest level of communication internally and externally, in line with five-starhotel standards The ideal candidate:
Minimum two years' experience as proactive Sales Manager, preferably within the Dublin hotel marketExperience in dealing with corporate market locally and/or internationallyProven track record in lead generation and/or creating successful sales pipelinesTarget-focused, skilled negotiator and influencerGood communicator who enjoys meeting new people and embracing new opportunitiesFluent written and spoken EnglishPositive, energetic approach with a good sense of humour!If you're a skilled networker who knows how to close a sale and are well-versed on the Dublin hospitality scene, we'd love to hear from you!
