Job Overview: The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward by identifying new sales opportunities and managing existing client relationships.
This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with a passion for hospitality, particularly in the areas of weddings, corporate events, and tour groups.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the hospitality industry.
Generate leads and convert them into sales for weddings, corporate events, and tour groups.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximize repeat business.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy.
Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content tailored to specific target audiences.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Event Coordination: Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless delivery of weddings, corporate events, and tour group activities.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals to meet their expectations.
Attend events as needed to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Sales & Marketing role within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record in driving sales, particularly in weddings, corporate events, and tour groups.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
