Sales & Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial team. The ideal candidate will be experienced with design and interpretation of market research, leading website content development, creating marketing collateral, organising events and managing stakeholder relationships. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creativity to support our strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Objectives: Market Research:Conduct in-depth market research using tools such as Euromonitor and Innova to inform strategic initiatives and business cases.Analyse consumer trends to guide marketing strategies and thought leadership efforts.Perform general research tasks to stay ahead of industry developments and competitive landscape.Website Management:Lead the maintenance and development of the company's website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with our marketing goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website functionality and user experience.Content Creation:Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages and drive customer engagement.Produce high-quality thought leadership content that positions the company as an industry expert.Collateral Management:Manage the creation, updating, and reviewing of marketing collateral to support various campaigns and initiatives.Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand's voice and meet quality standards.Event Management:Organize and research corporate events, from concept to execution, that align with the company's strategic objectives.Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure event success.Sales Account Management:Manage and nurture select customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and personalised service.Ad hoc Tasks:Handle ad-hoc marketing projects and tasks as required by the marketing department including general administrative tasks.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on market research and content development.Proficiency in market research tools such as Euromonitor and Innova.Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Good IT skills, with experience in Excel, PowerPoint etc.Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.Good organisation and planning skill.
