Sales Negotiator

The Role / Location Exciting opportunity to join a best-in-class sales team working on the sale of residential developments for Ireland's best builders and developers.
We are currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Negotiator who is competent and innovative, with proven sales experience. Reporting to an Associate Director and Divisional Director, the successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities which include the marketing and sale of new homes and apartment developments across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.
Key Responsibilities Strong sales ability and proven experience managing the sales process across various developments simultaneously Maintain a sales database with the most up to date information and generate reports, as required.
Responding to calls and emails efficiently and promptly, ensuring all queries are accurately answered in a timely manner Drafting Booking Deposit Receipts and Sales Advice Letters Manage online listings Liaising with Marketing Department regards advert design and e-campaigns.
Attend on site launches and private viewings, as required.
Invoice/Accounts administration Skills, Knowledge and Experience PRSA License Full Driving License Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships Capable of listening, analysing and understanding stakeholder requirements Team player Good presentation Dependable - team can rely on the individual to produce work to deadlines Enthusiasm and willingness to learn Ability to adapt to a changing and progressive organisation Results focused with a methodical, organised approach to daily, weekly, & monthly time management and workload requirements Target-driven and motivated by success Savills Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
