Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations Analyst I am looking for an analytically minded individual to work with the Europe Sales team to support sales operations. The role will report into the Senior Director of FP&A Europe. This role will be integral in collating frequent Demand Plans at SKU level for several product categories. Accurate demand planning is essential to ensure that our client has both the supply needed, on the right products and at the right time in order to minimize lost sales opportunities, while at the same time avoiding overstocks which tie up working capital. In addition to the above the individual will also work with Sales Leaders in certain countries to assist with the calculation and management of volume related rebates associated with certain promotional activities and sales programmes. This Role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Planners Responsibilities: Responsible for planning demand at SKU level for multiple Product Categories Partner with Sales to evaluate demand data and ensure forecast is right-sized. Analyze demand data, provide recommendations considering product transitions, and new product introductions. Ensure we have an effective DA plan that optimizes inventory positions. Work with the sales teams to anticipate supply constraints. Ensure that Demand Plans are timely and minimize the need for air freight. Rebate Management, work with Sales teams in certain regions to assist with rebate calculations and management of claims. Desired Skills s Experience BA/B.Comm Degree or its equivalent in relevant area 3+ years related experience in supply chain Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with peers, management, and sales to set expectations Collaborative, flexible, open working style and ability to establish trust and credibility quickly. Energetic and enthusiastic individual with ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and limited information. Ability to successfully work across multiple levels of an organization. Strong interest in helping a team set and achieve challenging goals. Intermediate to advanced experience in using MS Office (Advanced Excel) as well as Oracle Planning or similar ERP.
