As a Sales Program Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and enhancing our sales programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing relationships and overseeing daily interactions.
Recruit and onboard new team members, fostering growth and promoting diversity.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to enhance performance and productivity.
Design and implement systems to evaluate and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Monitor team performance, identify trends, address challenges, and highlight opportunities, providing regular reports.
Work closely with internal teams to boost revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and streamline pipeline processes.
Conduct weekly/monthly business reviews with clients and contribute to quarterly performance reviews.
Partner with clients and analytics teams to define and achieve team goals.
Guide and coach team leaders to optimize performance and deliver exceptional results.
Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.
Strategically manage staffing needs through hiring, retention, and performance management.
Continuously refine team processes and systems for greater efficiency and impact.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to adapt strategies to market demands and scale programs effectively.
Leverage market data to deliver actionable insights that enhance client outcomes and drive success.
REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent English proficiency (C1 level), with strong written and spoken communication skills; fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
Over 5 years of experience in a revenue-focused role, including at least 3 years in management or team leadership, with a proven ability to achieve results.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with expertise in managing client expectations and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Strong sales skills and a solutions-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and a track record of meeting sales goals in team-oriented settings.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and decisive, capable of handling multiple tasks in dynamic environments while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRM tools, with the ability to analyze sales data to inform strategy.
Skilled in conflict resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Proven coaching and leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering trust and inspiring team members.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
