  We have the largest Salesforce in Ireland with over 100 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base.
Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms.
Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.
We are now looking to hire a recruit a Sales Representative in our Metal Division.
  Your Mission!
W u rth Ireland are seeking out interested candidates who have a passion for selling and providing exceptional customer service.
Location:  Ideally will be living in Carlow to apply for the role.
Permanent Sales Role + Basic Salary, Bonus/Comm, Company Car, iPad, Mobile Phone etc   Key Tasks: Developing business/relationships with existing key account customers through our products and systems  Creating relationships with new key account business Maximising sales and profitability for the company Achieve your personal and company sales targets within your territory Provide solutions to your customers' needs Successful territory planning to maximise coverage of the region Request payment of overdue customer accounts Managing customer information, route planning and order processing through in-house iPad system   Competency Profile: Professional appearance/ delivery of sales systems Effective and clear communicator Motivated and driven to succeed, accepts responsibility Attention to detail Ability to identify opportunities to develop business Good interpersonal skills Ability to deal with and manage systems and processes digitally (full training given)   Note : A full driving license is essential.
  Over All Package.
Consists of a Basic Wage with a First Year Guarantee Attractive Food Allowance Expensed Company Car (for Full Use outside of Working Hrs Also) Mobile Phone iPad Excellent Bonuses and Great Commission Levels offered Incentives throughout the year For peace of mind we are happy to offer a Salary Guarantee in Year 1 of €32,000pa but that is just the starting guarantee and there is huge potential for On Target Earnings to be a lot more through incentives and added variable earnings in year one!
