Due to increased activity and confidence in the construction industry, we are looking for a Sales Representative to help promote the company to new clients and develop our business and market share.
Responsibilities: Promote and develop the Company's core business of providing semi-skilled/skilled labour and tradespeople to clients in the construction industry in Ireland.Daily visiting of construction sites of existing and potential new clients in Leinster to maintain and establish relationships.Contact clients via phone where site visits are difficult due to location.Support ICDS's common goals by working with team members and proactively participating in commitments made to clients.Plan site visits to maximize the efficiency of time spent on the road.Enrich team members' knowledge base with sales information collected from the field.Work in a dynamic environment with quick turnaround times and tight deadlines.Experience: Some sales experience required, along with knowledge of the construction industry, construction companies, and large prestigious projects.Required Competencies: Sales experienceStrong time management skillsSome commercial awareness and numeracy skillsSome IT literacyStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivatedTeam playerFull driving licenseRemuneration: Competitive base salary coupled with uncapped commission.Company vanCompany phoneLaptopIf interested in the position, please send your CV in strictest confidence to ******.
