We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional to join our team as a Sales Representative fluent in German.
This remote position in Ireland provides a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales skills to drive growth and success in a dynamic company environment.
Job Responsibilities Act as an advocate for the client, promoting their products and services while raising awareness of the client's value proposition.
Clearly communicate both technical and business value propositions via phone, email, and chat (prior experience with chat preferred).
Efficiently manage multiple web applications and chat sessions at once, ensuring timely, friendly, and professional interactions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Quickly learn and continuously stay updated on the client's products and services.
Skills and Qualifications Minimum of one year of direct sales experience, preferably in telesales or B2B sales.
Fluent in both German (C1 level) and English.
Previous experience in a web chat environment preferred.
Strong understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronization.
Experience in responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent service in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.
Previous experience in nurturing leads and profiling customers to uncover sales opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software and hardware.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
Proven sales skills with a track record of maximizing results.
Results-driven with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and thriving in a team environment.
Tech-savvy with a strong interest in emerging technology.
Self-sufficient, adaptable, decisive, and professional, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
