Sales Solutions Executive

The purpose of this role is to support new business sales by developing and delivering strong and fresh tender responses in-line with the propositions, customer needs and business objectives. The individual will interface with various departments and support growth initiatives across the business, to ensure the team operates efficiently and that KPI's are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively manage and develop the sales tender process ensuring that all the information is collated in line with the tender requirements and submitted on time.Deliver consistent, high quality, responses to tender requests.Liaise and attend meetings with various company departments to obtain information necessary to perform duties and aid business development where not previously available on file.Pro-actively follow-up on submitted proposals, seek and document feedback from clients if unsuccessful.Update and maintain Library database of Company information and facts for ongoing use in tender responses.Provide additional information to potential clients as part of tendering process.Work with the Marketing Team and Regional Sales Managers to create and maintain standard tender response documents for use in cold selling or standard requests.Pro-actively maintain and update records in Salesforce of all available tender opportunities and control master database of all public and private sector entities tendered for.Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.Develop excellent working relationships with brokers, clients, TPA's, internal stakeholders and other departments.OTHER REQUIREMENTS Easy, quick and high quality interactions with all touch points and escalation resolution in a swift and client centric manner.Provide a positive and engaging client experience.Mainly independently identify and implement efficient solutions to client's requirements and challenges.KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience required in a tender role for 3 years, need to be able to analyze and liaise with other departments to prepare quotes by reading the tender document.Educated to degree standard.Customer focused.Honesty and Integrity.Strong Communication (verbal & written) and Interpersonal Skills.Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.Results Driven.Flexible.Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Completion or progression towards Diploma in Private Medical Insurance.As an equal opportunity employer, Allianz Partners recognizes that our strength lies in our people and we are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
