Key Responsibilities: Drive sales by actively promoting our health and safety training programs to new and existing clients.
Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Process administrative tasks related to course registrations, payments, and follow-ups.
Monitor sales performance and report on sales metrics regularly.
Collaborate with the training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Identify opportunities for business growth and take initiative in pursuing them.
Contribute to marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing visibility and sales.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of active sales experience, preferably in a training or service-based industry.
Proven track record in customer acquisition and client relationship management.
Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must speak Polish, Romanian, or Russian (fluency in one of these languages is required).
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
