Concrete Products and Aggregates - Dunboyne, Co.Meath Our Concrete Products and Aggregates business is a high performance and profitable business unit supporting our Irish customers.

  The primary function of Sales Support is to assist the Sales Managers and Sales Executives by managing sales data, providing customer support, and supporting overall sales operations   Responsibilities: Quotation/Project Generation/Pipeline Maintenance         Evaluate Sales enquiries for Tender & Live opportunities.
        Liaise with technical support and sales executives to finalise quotations.
        Ensure that quotations and customer sales enquiries are responded to accurately and in a timely manner.
        Manage the quotation templates for sales executives and location cash sales.
        Monitor emails to tenders, and from etenders/supply gov/sales executives for actioning         Manage projects through the stages of pipeline to allow production and then through to project completion.
        Ensure all large project have the full information required to allow delivery team to supply (POs, Site Contacts, Mixes, Location mapped, etc).
        Work with technical and customer approval for mix compositions.
Account Management / Report Generation         Manage the win/loss information to allow for market share analysis.
        Compile the monthly sales report, CIS Reports, Daily volumes Reports, Area opportunities listing, Any customer repeat reports         Use the pricing info from simma projects, enter ebiz pricing daily, Price File management         Dealing with customer queries to resolution, credits/debits, identify route cause and eliminate repeat errors.
Skills Required:         Minimum of 2 Years of sales experience in working with clients in a product-focused, business to business and/or commercial environment.
        Experience of dealing selling directly with clients and providing high levels of customer service.
