We are seeking a motivated individual to join our European sales support team as a Sales Administrator. You will be able to interface with our key accounts in Northern EU and work closely with account managers and the Commercial Director, supporting with Order management/Debtor management/Customer relationship management and general administration. Sales Support Administrator - Hybrid Join us in driving exceptional sales coordination and administration, playing a key role in achieving our sales team's ambitious goals! We are also offering a structured training and development plan with the opportunity to grow in our dynamic team based in Group Head Quarters in Clonee, Co Dublin. About the role: As a key support to our sales team, you'll oversee the daily management of client accounts while enhancing and elevating our current customer service standards through exceptional coordination and support in sales administration.
Sales Order Management: Ensure customers receive their orders and confirmations promptly, adhering to agreed timelinesReview the status of orders and proactively follow up on any actions necessary for their releaseCollaborate with the Account Management team to keep track of order statuses and guarantee the timely processing of sales ordersCustomer Relationship Management: Proactively manage customer relationships, guaranteeing prompt and professional communication to address all inquiriesDeliver exceptional sales coordination and follow-up to create a smooth customer journeyProactively strive to enhance customer service standards and refine sales support processesPrice File Administration: Keep track of customer pricing files and verify that all prices align seamlessly for invoicingMonitor order pricing to ensure compliance with established contractsManage customer promotion files and maintain up-to-date calendarsCollaborate with the finance team to guarantee accurate pricing that adheres to customer agreementsGeneral Sales Administration: Prepare engaging presentations for both internal and external meetingsKeep track of meeting actions and ensure timely follow-ups with the sales teamTake the lead in coordinating projects as neededHandle general sales administration tasks aligned with the needs of the sales teamMinimum Requirements: Fluency in EnglishKnowledge of German would be an advantage, but not essentialPrior experience in a customer-facing or sales administration role is requiredOutstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExceptional customer relationship management and professionalismStrong communication skills are essentialWhat can we offer you?
