As a Sales Support Executive Assistant, you will support the Sales team, identify and qualify prospects, and ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Provide administrative support to Sales team members, including calendar management and meeting coordination.Research and Relationship Building: Conduct research on CHROs within our ideal client profile.Relationship Management and Coordination: Schedule calls and collaborate with Personal Assistants (PAs) of CHROs.Campaign and Meeting Oversight: Manage campaigns and meetings, ensuring alignment with Senovis' value proposition.Qualifications - Ideally a qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Professional Experience, Skills and Knowledge Experience: A proven track record in providing high-level administrative support, with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in HR or related sectors.
Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, research, organization, detail-oriented, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge: Competent in the use of CRM systems and a strong interest in HR and business-related issues.
