Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive executive support, conducting thorough research and relationship building with CHROs, oversight of campaigns and meetings and ensuring CRM excellence.
You will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless business operations and driving growth opportunities.

If you're passionate and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Support Executive Assistant at Senovis, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client base.
Your responsibilities will include:1.
Executive Support-Provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.-Organise and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are available.-Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.2.
Research and Relationship Building-Conduct thorough research on Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) within our ideal client profile (ICP).-Monitor ICPs, tracking job changes, and updating our CRM system (HubSpot) accordingly.-Execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns, including personalized invitations, initial contact, and timely follow-ups.3.
Relationship Management and Coordination-Schedule pre-event calls, building rapport with Personal Assistants (PAs) of CHROs to stay informed about any changes.-Collaborate with PAs to ensure seamless event logistics and agendas.-Provide support to prospects during event days, addressing logistical or administrative challenges.-Facilitate post-event discussions to deepen relationships.4.
Campaign and Meeting Oversight-Manage and track existing campaigns and meetings, ensuring alignment with Senovis' value proposition.5.
CRM Excellence-Continuously review and update our CRM system (HubSpot) with detailed meeting notes and ICP job changes.-Schedule follow-up meetings after initial sessions, demonstrating a clear understanding of the initial discussions and agendas.Qualifications-Ideally a qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.Professional Experience, Skills and KnowledgeExperience-A proven track record in providing high-level administrative support, with at least 2 to 5 years of post qualification experience.-Ideally experience within the HR, HR / Payroll Technology, Recruitment, professional services or Consulting sectors.Skills-Effective communication skills including telephone skills, demonstrating clarity, active listening, and professionalism.-Problem-solving, proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.-Competent in using various tools for research (LinkedIn; Sales Navigator; Cognism) and adapting to new tools.-Skilled at gathering relevant information, analyzing data, and drawing meaningful insights.-Highly organized, capable of managing tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently and working within defined processes.-Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring nothing is overlooked.-Skilled at building relationships both internally and externally.-Collaborates effectively with colleagues and contributes to a positive team environment.Knowledge-Competent in the use of CRM and related systems to maximise effectiveness and results.-Demonstrates a strong interest in HR and business-related issues relevant to our ICPs.The ideal candidate will be driven by exceeding expectations, aspire to grow with the organisation and have a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to our team's success.This job description serves to provide an overview of the key responsibilities associated with the role and reasonable changes can be made as the role and work requires.Excellent Total Rewards Package, salary and benefits, commensurate with experience.Senovis is an Equal Opportunities EmployerEnquiries regarding this role can be made in confidence to Chloe Fleming at ******
