Sales Support

Customer Excellence Co-Ordinator reporting to the Marketing and Sales Services Manager This is a full time position (35 hours) Your new role: Manage the sales and service process to ensure deliveries are made on time.
Proactively follow up and provide customers with feedback and updates on orders, delays, and backorders.
Ensuring all returns, debits and credits are processed efficiently and providing the customer with a resolution.
Efficiently process sales orders received.
Use Salesforce and SAP to process sales orders Resolve any sales queries and respond quickly to queries and quotations Continuously learn and actively seek product and business knowledge that will enable you to provide the best support.
Key Skills and Experiences needed: SAP experience is essential.
The ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills including active listening.
Excellent organisational skills.
Familiarity with CRM ( systems and practices.
Willing to travel for Business in Ireland where required.
