We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist for our client, a leading provider of building insulation solutions.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, offering expert technical advice, and introducing innovative insulation products.
You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, while delivering exceptional customer care in a fast-paced sales environment.
Your ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing technical queries and providing advice on the best insulation products and solutions for their needs.
Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations tailored to client specifications.
Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry to delivery.
Input sales orders daily into the Profile Accounts System and create delivery dockets for same-day orders.
Prepare delivery manifests, dockets, and labels for dispatch and coordinate Proof of Delivery (POD) requests.
Acknowledge and respond to all client inquiries received via the website and email, forwarding detailed queries to the appropriate departments as needed.
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions, quotations, and project statuses.
Organise and prepare customer quotation packs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
Input logistics details into parcel and pallet systems for delivery coordination.
Prepare CPD (Continuing Professional Development) materials, including leaflet packs, and ensure proper follow-up post-event by sending certificates and updating attendance records in the CRM.
Send requested information packs to clients promptly and efficiently.
Track, follow up, and update quotes and projects within the CRM system to ensure ongoing engagement and successful project completion.
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with both in-house and external client events, providing support to ensure their success.
Travel to industry events with the team, representing the company and its products.

Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to a variety of tasks will be valued.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Proficiency in CRM systems and order processing software.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
