A Sales Support Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing the sales support team.
They serve as the senior contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing escalations, and facilitating communication to deliver exceptional service to customers and maintain efficient sales support performance.
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day activities of the sales support team.
Create schedules, delegate tasks, and set achievable deadlines.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Maintain customer relationships by proactively addressing enquiries and concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
Monitor customer service metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores, and take proactive measures to address any issues or trends.
