The Team Lead is responsible for the daily operation and productivity of the assigned team and project to ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, as well as all procedures/guidelines specified by the customer.
This position will support the Project Manager to develop and implement process changes/guidelines/training related to quality control and departmental efficiency by coordinating with other team leads and colleagues working on the same customer projects.
