The Team Lead (TL) is responsible for the daily operation and productivity of the assigned team and project to ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, as well as all procedures/guidelines specified by the customer. This position will support the Project Manager to develop and implement process changes, guidelines, and trainings related to quality control and departmental efficiency by coordinating with other team leads and colleagues working on the same customer projects.

To manage, motivate and train the sales team to execute tasks/projects within the parameters defined by MD7 management and carriers, as well as ensuring the team achieves the assigned revenue targets. The Team Lead is also responsible for maintaining a high level of personal sales where possible, thus leading by example.
DAY TO DAYTeam leadership: Manage a team of successful Lease Consultants; Provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback; Delegate tasks effectively; Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment; Oversee productivity and workflow of assigned team, which includes review of quality and quantity of work accomplished; Monitor department quality metrics; Management of the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual completion of quality goals and standards.Performance Management: Set clear expectations; Assign written targets; Complete monthly and quarterly check-ins; Complete pipeline overviews & providing forecasts; Consult with HR and line management on performance and personnel issues;Problem solving: Effectively identify and assess project issues; Utilise critical thinking and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions; Effectively manage resources, timelines, and client expectations to ensure project success.Client relations: Maintaining open and effective channels of communication with the client/s to ensure that MD7 is meeting objectives and delivering value through our project performance and relationship management; Communicating client updates and/or requests to the team in a timely manner; Submit cases to the client in liaison with the LCs; Co-ordinating Client needs for process improvement.Reporting: Create reports that track project performance against goals; Present reports to internal and external stakeholders; Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimise project delivery; Communicate changes to any reporting requirements to the team for implementation; Updating our HRM platform regarding sick leave/annual leave/overtime; Updating of internal SharePoint with all relevant documentation/guidelines.
